Registration and Password
It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account and be responsible for all uses via your registration or login. You must agree to notify Little Gold Bee of any unauthorised activity or use of your account.
All items are handmade. The photos on the website may differ slightly from the item received. This is due to the nature of them being handmade and the placement of the pattern piece on the print for each individual item. Lining colours may vary to those shown on the website.
Payment is required at the time of ordering. All our items are handmade to order with an average turnaround of 14 days to dispatch. During busy periods turnaround times may increase. Please follow our social media pages (Facebook or Instagram) for updates regarding turnaround times.
When the order is complete the items are dispatched by Royal Mail, second class postage, for delivery in 2-3 days from item completion. You will receive a completion email where you have provided an email address.
If you require delivery of your item sooner, please get in touch via email (email@example.com) or via one of the social media sites (Facebook or Instagram) to discuss this, before making payment.
In the event that you consider your item to be lost in the post, you are required to notify Little Gold Bee within 28 days of the expected delivery date. Orders that haven’t been notified within this time frame will not be refunded or replaced. Royal Mail provide their own terms for a parcel to be considered as lost and so after this timeframe has passed the order will be replaced. Refunds will not be issued for lost parcels, in order to protect the business from fraudulent claims.
Incorrect delivery details
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders where incorrect delivery details or address has been provided.
Returns / exchanges
Every item is handmade with love and I work very hard to make sure that every item makes it way to you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event your item is faulty, the item can be returned at our cost to be inspected to identify where the fault occurred. If the fault was made with the making of an garment then it will be rectified and returned to you. If the item cannot be rectified a replacement will be sent. Please contact Little Gold Bee within 14 days to arrange for the item to be returned.
Measurement charts are provided for every style and size. If the order placed is for an item that is “made to order”, the fabric is cut and handmade upon completion of payment. It is therefore non-refundable and exchanges are not accepted. It is your responsibility to check the measurement charts before placing an order.
Returns are accepted for items that are “ready made” but the buyer must pay the postage cost to return the item. Please note that you can ask for an exchange but this will be subject to fabric stock. Timescales will then be discussed.
All returns must be returned within 14 days and the item(s) must be in a perfect, unwashed and unused condition. Any item that doesn’t meet these requirements will not be replaced and they will be posted back to you, via the original address provided.
Every item is made to order and the fabrics are being cut specifically for an item of clothing, in which case they cannot be remade into something else. They are therefore exempt from the distance selling regulations set out in the UK, in relation to “change of mind”. Please ensure that you read the detailed descriptions on this listing pages carefully before purchasing the item(s).
Please take note of the washing instructions included on the label of the item. It is recommended that the item be washed at 30 degrees and not be tumble dried. In the event that any problems occur through incorrect washing, the item will not be replaced or refunded.
