Registration and Password

It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account and be responsible for all uses via your registration or login. You must agree to notify Little Gold Bee of any unauthorised activity or use of your account.

 

Handmade items

All items are handmade and measurement charts are provided. The photos on the website may differ slightly from the item received. This is due to the nature of them being handmade and the placement of the pattern piece on the print for each individual item. Lining colours may vary to those shown on the website.

 

Payment

Payment is required at the time of ordering. All our items are handmade to order with an average turnaround of 14 days to dispatch. During busy periods turnaround times may increase. Please follow our social media pages (Facebook or Instagram) for updates regarding turnaround times.

Shipping

When the order is complete the items are dispatched by Royal Mail, second class postage, for delivery in 2-3 days from item completion. You will receive a dispatch email where you have provided an email address.

If you require delivery of your item sooner, please get in touch via email (littlegoldbee@gmail.com) or via one of the social media sites (Facebook or Instagram) to discuss this, before making payment.

Lost Parcels

In the event that you consider your item to be lost in the post, you are required to notify Little Gold Bee within 28 days of the expected delivery date. Orders that haven’t been notified within this time frame will not be refunded or replaced. Royal Mail provide their own terms for a parcel to be considered as lost and so after this timeframe has passed the order will be replaced. Refunds will not be issued for lost parcels, in order to protect the business from fraudulent claims.

 

Incorrect delivery details

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders where incorrect delivery details or address has been provided.


Returns / exchanges

Items can be returned for a refund up to 14 days after the items were received. Little Gold Bee must be notified within 14 days and the items must then be sent back to Little Gold Bee within 14 days. Little Gold Bee will then provide a refund within 14 days providing the criteria below is met:

 

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and tags still affixed. Items will be inspected for any signs of use or mistreatment (damaged/missing parts). If there is any doubt that the item isn’t in new/original condition, as it was supplied to the customer, a refund won’t be issued and the item(s) will be posted back to the customer.

 

Postage for returning items is to be covered by the customer and it is highly recommended that it be sent tracked. Any item that fails to reach Little Gold Bee due to being lost in the post will not be re-funded.

 

Refunds can take up to 5-10 days to reach your bank from the date issued.

Item Care

Please take note of the washing instructions included on the label of the item. It is recommended that items be washed seperately for the first wash at 30 degrees and not be tumble dried. In the event that any problems occur through incorrect washing, the item will not be replaced or refunded.
